We want every reader to be satisfied with what they buy from us. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund, how to request one, and how quickly we respond. It applies to all purchases of digital content from Creston Labs, Sociedad Limitada, whether the payment was processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy) or any successor processor. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. E-books (one-time purchases)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the e-book has not been downloaded or its content has not been substantially consumed.

As permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content supplied online ends once delivery of the content has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement — which is why the checkout asks for that consent before immediate delivery. Even so, we handle refund requests with common sense: if you bought the wrong title, were charged twice, or the file is defective, write to us and we will put it right regardless of download status.

2. Newsletter subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to everything already sent to you, and you are not billed again.
  • If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided the new period's content has not been substantially consumed.
  • Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full, whenever they occurred.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@creston-labs.com from the address used at purchase.
  2. Include your order or receipt reference (it is on the email receipt issued at checkout) and the name of the product.
  3. Briefly tell us the reason — it is not required for eligible requests, but it helps us improve.

You may also request a refund directly through the receipt issued by our merchant of record; both routes lead to the same outcome.

4. Response and processing times

  • We reply to every refund request within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment processor, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Fair use

We honour this policy generously and expect it to be used in good faith. We may decline refunds where there is a clear pattern of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing, fully consuming and then refunding content. This never affects your statutory rights.
